Honest, open, organized.

SummitRidge did a custom build for us and they were excellent... Communication was prompt and forthright.  Dean, our project manager was excellent.  Building a home is a complex and sometimes difficult project.  Back office support was great, you always know where you stand in the budget.  Their cost estimate was realistic and on target.  If you go down this road, you definitely want a partner that you can trust.....these are the guys.

We had a very positive experience building our custom home with SummitRidge. Dan and his team were always professional, upbeat, and very customer-service driven.
